Walter is Senior Vice President of Preston Properties, Inc., Battaglia Group’s Property Manager and Broker of Record. Walter has been affiliated with Preston Properties and Battaglia Group since 1988.

Walter grew up in Winter Park and attended parochial schools in Winter Park and Orlando. Following his graduation from Bishop Moore High School, Walter attended Seminole Community College and then Florida Technological University, now known as UCF.

Walter’s career spans thirty years in the commercial real estate business with the greatest emphasis being in the property management field. Walter has experience in multi-family residential, light industrial, retail and professional office management. Walter has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida since 1984 and also a licensed Mortgage Broker since 1988. Walter’s early experience in this business includes the acquisition, financing and improvement of income producing properties throughout the Southeast, Texas and southern California.
